To get slimmer for Christmas.
So who's up for the challenge, just think how many lbs we can lose between now and Christmas.

I'm currently away but I want to lose 18lbs by Christmas, I'll be starting back at the end of August.

3 stone by Christmas , 42 pounds to go by Christmas , then I’ll only have another 20 pounds to target in the new year !! Yip yip imagine Christmas Day in size 14 uk, I haven’t got into my 14 clothes for 5 years !

Hey Sarloumack, I underestimated how much weight I had put on I am a whole stone heavier ( and here I was cringing at 89lbs!) so my actual weight is 18st5lbs and I need to get rid of 8st5 it won’t all be gone by Christmas but I’ll aim for a 3 stone loss by then.
