I feel the changes - literally feel that I breathe better as I've shed visceral fat. I can pull on and do up my size 22 bootcuts - but they are too tight on the thighs to wear comfortably. And yet this week the scales are up. No worries. I'll stay on programme and I know that I will tick down - and maybe my skin will tighten as I shed.
STS for me this week. Disappointed as I was good. That was until this morning. Back to it now again and hopefully a loss next week.

Unfortunately for me I STS this week but that is so much better than the gain that it could have been, so it's all good for me
I hope it's okay to join, bit late to the party! I have put on loads of weight (general laziness with the diet combined with stress and followed by a holiday!) so would like to lose 26lb to get back to my lowest weight from this year.
