Open To All Slimmer for Summer Challenge

Hope everyone is keeping well, i will weigh in on fri, i have started my aerobics at hoe rosemary conley trying to do mon wed fri and a walk in between x
 
My weight is unchanged. Not a great couple of days foodwise but I've been to the shops and have better food in And have had a healthy dinner this evening, so hopefully I'll start losing again.

I have lost 1.2lb this week but I started really well and ended very poorly so I might see that catch up with me next week. I will deal with that next week. I feel I have lost my mojo this week. The lockdown is hard going. And it is difficult to get out and exercise with the children. I an trying to eat better to compensate but that went out the window the last few days as we are baking more. Anyway I am down according to the scales and I will keep plodding on. I would love to get under 14 stone as I haven’t been in the 13s in over 10 years!

Can I blame my recent poor preformance on hormones? Small loss today (finally) of 200g but that was on a background of some slight gains so actually more as I chose not to pay attention to them (oops). Starting to feel more optimistic about this again.

Another small loss today. I've got the weekend off work so hoping to keep busy and not eat too much through boredom. Aiming for 145kg Monday morning.

Did some weights yesterday (lifted 10kg bags of cat food), little sore today which is good. Hopefully get a bit more muscle.

Hello - this looks fab. Can I join please? :) I'm new to Minimins and I'd love to loose 10 lbs by mid June. I am calorie counting using My Fitness Pal and have upped the exercise this week. My weigh in day is Monday - I started on a Sunday but I work better with Monday weigh ins.
