That is absolutely incredible!!! Such an inspiration because i think right now i look similar to your 'before' picture and i too want to lose 4.5 stone so this makes me soooo inspired! Whats yout height? You look amazing, you must be a size 10 now are ya? any food diary?

WOW well done to you all, too many to mention and can't remember everyone's name sorry!

I think there should be a hall of fame for those who have lost the weight, beacuse this means they have been focus and worked really hard at getting the weight off.

Sorry didnt see this before, I'm a 12 sometimes a 14 depending what shop I go into but most of the time a 12, would love to be a 10 lol. Did have a food diary but stopped it for a while but starting up again.

Well guys I reached target 3 weeks ago and I've just returned from 2 weeks in the Dominican Republic where I renewed my wedding vows for the 1st time I was happy on front of the camera and felt like a bride hope these pics inspire u a bit as this group has helped me get where I am 5st 7lbs lighter first pic is me in the Dom rep sunbathing 2yrs ago second is me and my lovely hubby xxxx
