Hi everyone, im new on here so not sure if i am doing this right. I joined slimming world July 2011 and lost 3 1/2 stone in just under a year, i left for a few months and now im back with the rest to lose about another 3 stone. Everyone has done so well.
I am hoping i can lose the next 3 stone by this sept although its pretty tough going. Good luck everyone xxx

Your making me blush lol. Thank you. Feels strange people saying i look good... But it does help, Yes when i get stuck with gain/loss circle old pictures and these ones help me. Plus i can be too hard on myself at times when i shouldnt as ive done so well. xx
