Curly is sexay go for it!!! I wish I had nails to break...I've never had long nails apart from when I had them properly acrylic-ed years and years back and then I bit them all off yikes! (no I don't bite my nails now, they just seem to wear themselves short and I am constantly on calcium supplements, maybe the tom boy in me will never die)

I'm thinking maybe you are down on nutrition. Look at your calcium intake, also at some of the other vits and mins which interact. Make sure you're getting all you need to keep you healthy - deficiency reaches much further than broken nails and can bite you on the bum many years later. Take care of yourself Hon. x

Nex my nails are only lovely when i'm in Cyprus over the summer and for around 2 months afterwards. And then they chip and break, like now. It's definitely lack of vitamin D for me... must get myself some vitamin d supplements... x

...no we don't. I just happen to hang about with girls quite a lot and have the oddest conversations, well for guys anyway I guess!

I'm at the stage now lassies are calling me their non-gay best friend...which is kind of alarming!
