Snow's healthy living ramblings

Hello all!

My friends are off to edinburgh now and I am getting back on plan. I did get to group both weeks and stayed though I put 5lbs on last week and lost 3 of it this week (not really sure how as so much eating out though trying to stick on plan when not eating out). We have been out lots since tuesday so hoping to not have too bad a gain on Tuesday. Might do SP this weekend to get me back on track. Need to go shopping and get some more speed food in though! Hope everyone is doing well - will be catching up on everyones diaries over the weekend.

Yesterday didn't go so well - I didn't get to the shops so didn't do SP due to lack of speed. Also meant to chuck out all left over type treat stuff and that didn't go so well whups. It's gone now and SP today.

B: Magic pancakes (made with quark due to SP) and strawberries and 4 syns of syrup

Sounds good - but what is amaretto tea???

Its just a flavoured black tea I got from a little tea house near me. It's amazing and really quite sweet but is just loose leaf tea so I'm presuming free. I was going to link to their website but they don't ship just list what they sell but they have some other interesting flavours so I am planning on buying some more next time I get there.

SP again today. (Back at work alas)

B: Porridge (HEB), raspberries, clementine 1 syn of options in the porridge
L: Hot smoked chilli salmon fillet (2 syns), sugar snap peas and baby carrots 2 light cheese triangles (need to look up syns I think 2.5 for 2 as they are 25 cals each?)
D: wrap(HEB and HEA) pizza and salad

Think we nearly cross posted there. I am a bit bummed about being back at work but have to say it is easier to be on track here where I only bring in healthy stuff so it's all I can have.
 
i always do better when I'm at work, rather than grazing at home! :eek: x

haah i feel silly because after i said that my boss gave me a easter egg and a chocolate bunny which i didn't get because i was off at easter. I have eaten two roses chocolates because at least they are easy to syn.

I would have to take it home to weigh it which I think leads to more chance of me eating it all. It says that it contains 8 x 25 portions which are 130 calories so 6.5 syns so once I have finished the roses i am going to try and make the chocolate last 8 days and count 6.5 per day which should average out - if I eat more than 6.5 syns one day I'll end up with less another day. The bunnie is 125g so thay has to last 5 days at 6.5 syns a portion.

Todays food

SP (maybe) Hoping for a sts at weigh in but we’ll see. Uni scales are all over the place – they show the same as last week but is becoming meaningless really given the fluctuations.
B: 2 clementines hifi light (3 syns) raspberries, cup coffee (0.5 syn) splash of milk
L: Sweet chilli salmon fillet (2 syns) sugar snap peas and baby carrots
D: Thinking of wraps with chilli sauce, wraps (HEB’s) cheese, sw meatballs and refried beans but may switch to extra easy and just have pasta and meatballs – will see how I feel when I get in from weigh in.
