First, you should drink enough water during the workout. Then take a shower as soon as possible. If there is many muscle you thing my suffer from soreness the next day you should have cold and hot water alternately on it a few times. It will help blood to circle in these area and the muscle will get more oxygen what helps. Before you go to sleep you should eat some protein, like a glass of milk or two bananas. Some people say it`s good to drink a bottle of beer but I wouldn`t advice it
