URGH!!! Rookie mistake.
Wen't to SW on tuesday thinking I needed 2lbs to hit my stone/interim target. Got my 2, did a victory dance before the woman on weigh-in informed me I needed one pound more!! I'd bloomin miscalculated!!!
GAAAAH
Anyway, I started to feel like I was never going to get this stone. I was doing amazing in my first few weeks as there was no pressure (really didnt think sw would help me loose weight if I'm honest). The second I got close to that stone I started feeling the pressure and sabotaging. Other things in life haven't helped so I've spoke to my consultant and we've moved my target to the next 'whole number' which is 11stone. So I need 11lbs to get it. Thats miles off! Instantly I felt like a weight was lifted.
I've also printed off the little black dress woman and stuck it to my computer at work. She has 2.5lbs marked off Visual things like that will really help me have fun rather than stress. This isn't meant to be a diet for me. It's meant to be changing how I eat. Thats why I don't go in for the scanbran and smash stuff tbh. I'd rather save my syns and have a treat at the end of the week like a healthy person would.
