soccermom's lose 10 st diary :)

after a weekend of debauchery, i'm back with my tail between my legs and am so dreading tonights WI for the first time ever :eek:

I spectacularly broke the plan saturday night with a bottle of cava.

I received a last minute invitation to a friends for dinner as her hubby and kids were away, she did cook part sw food, but the wine she bought was our fav m + s cava (a bottle each) which soon put an end to all good intentions.

Then I continued all day sunday and felt dreadful last night :break_diet:

Back on plan today and hoping to make it up this week for next weeks WI

I have a hen night on saturday, but am not going to drink as the hangover I had yesterday I certainly do not want a repeat of, I am far to old :eek:

Will i ever learn, will still go to WI tonight and face the consequences :eek::cool:
 
well I faced my demon and got on the scales , 1lb on :eek: will have a big week this week to make it up and lose more on top.

Today turned into EE

EE day

3 pagen krisprolls (heb) 28g cheese (hea)

french fries (4.5 syns)

1 Banana

sw bolognese sauce, 100g wholewheat pasta, BNS, red pepper, sweet pot

Not feeling to hungry today and after yesterday i'm not surprised :eek:
 
You will get that off in no time...no worries. Won't be checking the net much as I'm away for 3 weeks, so just want to wish you luck and can't wait to come back and hear about your continued loss! Keep up the motivation!

Well done on going and facing your demons at WI - that's definitely the best thing to do. Only putting on 1lb is no big deal in the scheme of things and I bet you had a great night with your friend. If we always stick too rigidly to the plan then it will eventually become a chore and that is when problems really start. You'll lose that pound in no time and will be a slinkymiss when you eventually come back to Cairns!

I don't post in your thread much but I do keep reading, so I'm keeping an eye on you! :rotflmao:
 
well yesterday was a good one and did lots of from scratch cooking :eek: and had a 4 mile walk so feeling very angelic :D

Yesterday was EE so here goes.

I am guilty of not doing 1/3 properly, but with tea my side dishes were made up of onion and tomatoes and the chilli chicken had a tin of tomatoes as a base and I did have the pear before my omelette, so in theory it was there :D

My veg was going to come in a soup and I did make a BNS and sweet pot soup from a nigella lawson recipe, but it was awful and could not eat that :(

Have not decided what today will be yet but it will have to be something quick and easy as I have a kids footy match and going to watch newcastle united tonight so it will be hectic.

Going on another 4 mile walk so heres to another good day on plan.
 
not updated for a couple of days just been so busy. Wednesday was very hectic due to the amount of football so had eaten on the run all day.

I did stick to plan and I thought I had written it down some where, but cant find the piece of paper, so dont know exactly what I had :eek:

I definitely had weetabix between football matches as it was quick and only had 1/2 hour before leaving to watch newcastle united, then I came in and had a cheese omelette, other than that my minds a blank, but I was good, scouts honour :D

so will miss out wednesday and just write thursday.

Its early but I have another extremely hectic day and I wanted to write my food diary now before I forget what I had yesterday :eek:

Today I am going to the kids football and then tonight my new to be SIL's hen night, went shopping yesterday and quite surprisingly bought a lovely top from Evans, I have shrunk from a 24/26 to a size 16 :eek::D:D:D:D:D:D I was over the bloody moon I can tell you, I felt quite emotional.

I ended up doing EE but again not really enough veg :eek: It was so I could have a few more sw chips with my curry and did not want to syn them but dont really think it makes that much difference either way if i'm honest :eek:

Its either a red day with 14 syns (including extra chips) or EE day with not enough veg

EE day

Well I survived the hen night I had a laugh and I didn't have any alcohol :eek: watching everyone drunk around me made me realise I dont want to be like that so I am very pleased with myself for not giving in :D

I did save syns for 4 vodka and diet cokes, but didnt have them, so used my syns to have the 2 biscuits after my curry when I got in, all be it very late, but didn't want to wake up this morning starving and start craving rubbish and we had an early start with football and I knew I wouldn't get anything substantial before we left.

Red day (sat 20th march)

3 x bacon, 2 x eggs, tin toms, 2 nimble wholemeal (heb)

sunday is over and had a good day.

I'm still a little full from the sw curry i had after being out last night so had no breakfast just had a bacon sandwich after the football today.

We all fell asleep in the afternoon so didn't have dinner til 6.30 but dont feel like I have missed out on anything and dinner was lovely, it just didn't seem like I have had much, although i'm not hungry.

Red day

2 nimble (heb) bacon, tom relish (1 syn)

pork, 2 small roast pots (approx 6 syns?) parnsips cooked in olive oil (heb) carrotts, cabbage, swede, gravy (1 syn)

well weigh in day came and went and I lost 4.5lbs :D:D in real terms thats another 3.5lbs gone as I put on a 1lb last week:eek:

I have 2 more weigh ins til I go to spain so going to try and be 100% til then :eek:

Monday was meant to be an EE day, but completely forgot and thought it was red :confused: so here goes it was a very muddled day and therefore have gone over my syns a bit by using the pudding rice.



Red day

YAY! Well done with the weigh-in, that's a fantastic loss :D It sucks that you got confused over what day you were on, but at least you spotted your mistake and sorted out the syns.xx

Think I got a bit complacent and too big for my own boots by thinking I could switch around a bit without really doing any planning, just shows you :rolleyes: it can come up and bite you on the bum :D

Today again was EE, feel as if I ate a bit much though and feel a bit sick this morning, I did check to see how many calories I ate :eek: just to make sure and all is fine there and under 1500 , but still feel as if it was to much.

It was all about eating what we had in the house before we do the next shop so here goes.
