So things haven't worked so well so far. 2 steps forward - 2 steps back! So I'm starting again!!! Again!!!!!
B - alpen light
Snack - alpen light (HEB)
L - 2 quorn sausage (2), 2 eggs scrambled
D - jacket potato, beans, low low cheese (HEA), lettuce, rocket
Snack - weetabix HEB, milk HEA

Exercise - running for weight loss - intermediate day 1

Total syns - 2 Not many syns I know but I feel like I've eaten loads today!

First run for a while and loved it!! Feel sooooo much better for going and really didn't want to go before I did!!! Kettle bells tomorrow and another run on weds and I'll see whether Thursday will be boot camp, run or day off!

Thanks for subscribing although it's been a while since I used this diary properly!! I'm going to turn over a new leaf though now and keep up to date!!

I used to like the gym a lot and then started running and boot camp and the thought I the gym depressed me! But then I spent 10 days with a personal trainer in the summer that involved 5 sessions in the gym and I loved it! Good luck with the induction. It does get a bit addictive!! X

I've had another positive day today but still undoing the damage I did last week!! Could be half a stone lighter now!!! Ah well, never look back!

Today's food!!

L - homemade tomato soup, wholemeal bread (HEB) clover (2)
D - Linda McCartney sausages (free I think??), mash (2)

Total - (4) not sure what else to have??

Yes. I have options in for a chocolate fix! In the end I went to bed at 9:30 so didn't have anything!! Not to worry, I'm out watching a band on Saturday so I'll be having some vodka then and will use up some of these spare syns!! Determined to have a little bit of will power though and avoid the pizza shop afterwards!! Sounds like ur having fun in the big city. :) I used to date a pilot too. Was with him for 7 years through sixth form and uni and air training school and then I ended it just as he qualified!! Typical me!! We still get on ok though! :)

I have a very busy day and need to fit in... - Some horse first aid - visit to my friend - a run - visit from another friend - horse stuff - watching a band tonight - and spending some quality time with my boys!! Exhausted just thinking about it!! :)

89.5/105 syns for the week after my 49 syns yesterday!! I'm hoping that having that amount in a night isn't going to affect my weigh in on Monday!! Had cheese on white toast when I got in but it was better than going for pizza which is my usual fail after a night of drinking!!

Today's plan

D - salmon, sweet potato wedges, green beans (HEB)

Syns for the week 91.5 / 105

I'll try to keep syns low to minimize any damage from last night! Will see how the day goes!! Xxx
