Last couple of days iv had a few small cheats. Had propper meals but had a chocolate bar after a frustrating call at work. Yesterday had a protien breakfast a coffee for lunch n then home made spag bol.
Today:
B- scrambled egg n mince
S-coffee
L- chicken drumsticks n seek kebab
D- chicken sausage, beef burger n fish.
S- mint green tea
No gym today got a few days off so back at gym next week gotta fit in 4 sessions.
