been at work from 0800 and up since 0600 so i dont know how long thats gona last!
Intend to do my exercise this week best I can but maybe difficult as im working an extra hour at work in the morning which means im up from 0600 which means when i get home at 18:30 i may be toooo tired!! will play it by ear!
