breakfast - bacon sandwich (heb)
lunch - omelette with mushrooms and tomatoes
dinner - beef goulash with wedges (heb)

snacks - strawberries and grapes :) n muller light yoghurt

I didnt end up havin the sausage sandwich for lunch cos i had put oven spray in the oven and didnt wanna wait 2 hours for my lunch hahahah so i shall now have my potatoes with my tea as the healthy extra instead of the bread

so i now have all my syns left wat should i have?

I need help...:gen147: I have not managed to stick to the diet all week, whats worse is i really like the diet and i really need and want to lose weight, i lost over half a stone in 10 days and have pretty much put it all back on:break_diet: I get weak in the evening and usually steve goes out to buy sweets so i ask him to get me some.

Maybe i need to start writing things down, make a meal plan for the week, it doesn't help that i'm such a fussy eater. I have wedges cooking in the oven (still can't get them right, they go all waxing not crispy)

On the plus side santa is getting me and eliptical cross trainer for xmas,

I was feelin exactly like u for the past 5 weeks :(
last week me, lorraine and sonia had a heart to heart n thats why we set up this challenge :)

I get my shoppin on a sat, so on a fri i sat and make my meal plans for the full week, therefore i know what i am havin at wat time, so therefore i dont have to have a choice (and end up with a bad one) it really does help me

oh and also havin sugar free jelly in the fridge!!! it means i can eat it wen i want to cheat :D or if steve is going to the shops could u not have a small treat instead of a standard size? or half somethin with him :)

I echo what stacey has said. We all were feeling low so decided to start this thread up and so far its really helped all three of us.
We write down what we are eating and are HONEST with ourselves and eachother.
I highlighted honest cos sometimes you could maybe say to steve get me some sweets and then think oh it wont matter. But it does. Every slip up counts.

Its like the other night i ate a packet of monster much on top of my 10 syns for the day and I came on here and confessed. If i didnt confess that pack could have become a weeks worth! But i didnt and i ended up shifting 4lbs this week!

Come on. start writing your daily food intake on here and your thoughts and feelings!

Treats wise. Maybe try and stay off them for a week see how you go. If you cant? Maybe look at the puddings section or make cous cous cake, or have jelly or something. Or if you HAVE to have choc. Syn it!

I cheated on tuesday but i confessed too, it made me feel better, cos i felt guilty not declarin it hahhaha

i am havin a mars bar tonight i no its 14 syns but i aint had any on wed n thur n i jus cant wait :D i have frozen in slices so it will last me agggggeeessss

Thanks Ladies, OK tomorrow i'm going to search through the recipes and make a plan for the next 2 weeks. Then i'll do the shopping and stick on plan, i'll tell him that he is not to buy me big bags of sweets :D which i usually devour in an evening and try the jelly, although i've not eaten it since i was a child.
Is sugar free jelly syn free?
 
if u make it up its 1.5 syns like lorraine says :) and if u have the lil pots made up they r 1 syn each :)

u could also have options hot chocolates if ya craving chocolate and they are 3 syns i think?

i wish i liked carrott cake hahaha

am a bit miffed atm, cos H2B is supposed to be doin this diet with me, but everyday he has extra things like sumtimes its jus an extra weetabix or sumthin but like today he had a pannini for lunch with crisps and full fat coke, and he had 3 weetabix for breakfast, then had beef goulash for tea but had it with smash so more syns, i wish he would either do it properly or not do it at all!

sorry just needed to rant hahaha

p.s only like 11 hours till weigh in :eek:

I lost 5lbs :D which also takes me to loosin a stone since i started! i lost about 11lbs previous then jus cudnt get those extra 3lbs n then went off plan for a few weeks due to my granda passin away, a weekend away with H2B, then H2B's birthday, then a night out with my mates that i aint seen in ages

but am def back on track now!!! :D

I am not going to put my food diary on here this week. Only because I have no money to get anything decent so I am going to have to make the best I can from what food we have in. I will still be on here though Im not going anywhere just not putting my food diary on. Keep going girls your all doing fab. xxx

hey sonia, ya can still keep us up to date on how ya doin :D

and nicki 2.5 is def not bad with 2 weeks off plan!!! i dont think am doin much over the weekend, need to go food shoppin wen H2B gets in but he dont finish till 5 so am bored all day! rang my mam to see wat she was up to but she is busy :(

Nicki like stacey said 2.5 gain in 2 weeks off plan is not bad at all. I had a month off plan and put on over a stone.
 
OK so i put on 2.5 lbs which is prob very good for almost 2 weeks not on plan. You ladies got any plans for the weekend?
Im not up to much really I gotta do some tidying up. Looking at my downstairs you would think a hurricane or ten have been to visit. When infact its just my 4 kids. So we are going to play the tidy up game soon. :D
 
aww thanks sonia :D i really wasnt expecting to loose anything so am really pleased :) i am hopin for a 2lb loss next week so that will take me to 15 n half stone, and i was 16.9 wen i started which to me was almost 17 stone
