ProPoints Sonias long road to slimvile

Went to Blackpool zoo :) the support is immense on ww forum I love it :) really friendly, supportive and up for a giggle bunch of slimmers! It definitely makes it so much more enjoyable having a forum like this :) it's wi tomorrow for me! I hope I've lost been bloated all day just feel pretty dreadful so off to bed for an early night :) catch up tomorrow huni :) x

Seriously disappointed and fed up!!! I've really tried this week! Walked loads, never cheated and lost 1.5lbs that's 8.5 in 2 weeks! I lost 9lb in my first week on SW and then 5 in my second and I was 3 stone lighter then!!! Surely the heavier you are the quicker you lose it! It could be my metabolism is slower after having a baby I've been told by a few people now that could be the case! Or too much bread at the beginning of the week but even so it was within my points!!
Really feeling deflated :(

Awww hun, try not to be too disappointed. You had a great loss in your first week and 1.5 in your second week is a good follow on loss too. Your body has undergone a huge change with your pregnancy and the birth, so it is quite possibly linked to that as others have already said. Keep your chin up and keep going. xxx
 
Hey hun, a loss definately outweighs a gain in my eyes!! and as my leader says you will be so glad in 6 months time that you stuck with it and kept chipping away at it like a massive block of ice.. 1.5 a week for even 10 weeks is over a stone. Try not to be too beat up about it, onwards and downwards girl :patback: xx

Don't ever be disappointed with these losses Sonia! 8.5lb in 2weeks is AMAZING and you should be very proud of yourself. Keep up the hard work and you will be smashing the stone mark within your first month :) Remember that WW only recommend 1-2lb per week safely so you will be doubling their expectations! You Go Girl :) x
 
Yeah I'm on now I've calmed down think I was just getting a little ahead of myself and quite frankly should be happy the weight is shifting weather it's 1 pound a week or 3!!! :)

Don't be disappointed, 1.5lb loss is bang on target. Any more than 2lb loss per week and WW say it's too much. The slower you lose it the easier it will be to keep it off!
 
Oh my god I'm surprised Ive not thrown myself head first into the kids sweets cupboard! Seriously struggling at the moment with sleep deprivation and hunger!!!! I can see why people take a few months off work after having a baby rather than going back after 6 weeks like I did really feeling it now! Poppy had a bad night too she's hardly slept which means I've hardly slept and now have to do a 3 hour drive, full days teaching then 3 hours back!! Can not be bothered, going to have to treat myself to something today so will have a bar of chocolate :/ otherwise I will end up throwing the towel in I'm that eat out with myself!!!

Hi Serena I'm ok just found it hard saying no to work however I've told them now I need to do casual/part time for a while, which they've agreed too and keep me closer to home upto 1 hour 30 mins travel time!!! I just had a protein bar only a small one rather going daft on a chocolate binge! I'm just super tired clock watching now then off home to bed!!! :) will be in a better mood once I've slept me thinks :) hope your ok sorry to sound so glum :( xx

You have every right to be glum! Sleep Deprivation is not a nice thing! I'm glad u were able to talk with work and agree some better T&Cs, hopefully you will start feeling better real soon :) Well Done on just having a Protein Bar, chocolate is just far too easy to grab isn't it! X

Hi Serena yes I feel better now knowing I can reduce my hours without it going against me! Think the bar worked out at 4 points so wasn't all bad!! I'm a chocoholic I love the stuff! The ww hot choc is absolutely gorgeous really tasty and chocolatey that's helped me so far! Anyway looking forward to wi this week I feel less bloated than last week :) sleep deprivation is a killer I'm never glum but these recent weeks I have struggled with tiredness which I know is all part of being a mum it's getting easier though! Anyway best sort myself out for work tomorrow! Thank you again for the encouragement :) x

Well today has been a lovely day just me and pops :) I've started increasing my water from 1.5-2 litres to 3 litres I've been super bloated recently so i must not be drinking enough! Went for a nice walk, saw some friends went to mums just what I needed! Super tired now and next doors kids are screaming the house down crying I'm guessing they don't want to go to sleep yet! Poppy us asleep they better not wake her otherwise I'll be up all night again!!!! Anyway diet has been brill today although I haven't eaten enough so need to have super now then bed sweet bed :) so will bid you all good night :) x
