WOW! That sushi place looks AMAZING! I'm gonna have to find one up here, there has to be one in Sheffield, we can't be that backwards! :D In fact I've just googled this and there a chain called Sushi Express, they even do take away! Won't be able to go yet as we're saving our pennies for Lanzarote (it won't be cheap with all I want to try!) but will have to give it a go when we're back.

Rice and fish is all filling stuff anyway, maybe it is highish in calories, but its not gonna hurt once a week or something. I read some where (I really do read too many weight loss articles!) that having a higher calorie day now and then can actually give your metabolism a boost, so when you have your low calorie days you actually lose more weight.

Hope G feels better soon, being tired all the time is rubbish! :( Low iron and stuff can sometimes cause it, but if he's been eating as much fish as you I really doubt it. Maybe get him to go to the docs for some blood tests?

And yup I'm over the moon, 7.5lbs off in 2 weeks! :eek: I really think those red days were a massive help, plus I've got LOADS to lose and its still early days. I just hope it continues!

Ah, I doubt G would go for blood tests over his fatigue, blood tests.. ew... :p maybe that's just me with my huge needle phobia, will suggest it!

Sushi was soooo good, but as.if I wasnt feeling awful about stuffing myself there already, I had major evening munchies despite being so full :( ate like 3 activias, a fruit winder (3.5), a bowl of Hex'd cereal, a peach and then made myself a mug of miso soup with friging udon noodles in as I reaaaally wanted more. *****.

Anyway, I've learnt my lesson about having a cheeky puff when I'm stuffed from unlimited sushi. Bad, bad Sophie.
Most of it was syn free but extra carbs from the noodles (and late at night too when they wont get burnt off) was bad. Empty calories I really didnt need. Am going to flush it all out today with an incredibly low syn Red day with extra veg.
Not sure why but recently I have been less tight witg following SW, I think I might have to start writing a food diary again as I am becoming a bit complacent. Really craving japanese food at the moment and carbs in general which isnt like me, I don't normally miss them... AT the moment though all I can think of is "udon (noodle) soup!! Sticky rice!!" grr.

So extra lean homemade burgers today and tons of salad and roast veg from the market. Burgers for lunch and superfree only for tea.

B- fruit only; apple, blueberries, raspberries
L- homemade burgers with wholemeal bun (hexB1), side salad and roast veg (carrots, onions, red pepper) +2 for lots of ketchup and HexA1 cheese.
D- bowl of coco shreddies (35g HexB2 + skimmed milk HexA2) with a banana chopped in. 35g feels really stingy, this is a very light tea for me so am happy about that!

Sat down to edit today and ended up internet shopping for like 6hrs!! Gulp :p
WI tomorrow, bit nervous but fingers crossed.
Started my arms work out again today, here's to another inch off the arms this month! :D

-1lb overall this week. Not enthralled obviously but am glad it wasnt a gain/sts after all that sushi and munchies evening. I already had lost this pound on.Sunday though when I had a naugty WI but it gained the next day for my proper mid week WI... This week I'm going to be good and only do one mid week WI lol!

I am desperate to lose the last 3lbs and get into the 14s now... Might aim for a full Red week in aid of this! Last week was 4/7 EE and on those days I had a lot of rice and noodles which is definitely bloating me. Maybe the idea of getting into the 14's will motivate me to do a Red week... I tend to do Red at home most days but allow myself EE when I go out- ate out too many times last week! I am due *week next week though so that might screw me over :rolleyes:
 
Considering that amazing looking all-you-can-eat sushi I think 1lb off is a fab result this week! I can understand your impatience to get into the 14's though, I'm 4.5lbs off being in the 21's and just can't wait to get there! Getting into the next stone bracket is way more of a buzz to me than getting a stone or half stone award too, I guess it's just psychological, it's great to say goodbye to those numbers and realise we never EVER need to see them again! :)

Well done on the 1lb off. Don't stress too much about red days next week. I know you enjoy them though, so you should be ok :D

Hope G's feeling ok. Sounds like there's something going on. Might be worth him booking a check-up when he next feels like this. Be best to go get checked out when he is ill :) Hope he's doing alright tho.xx

I dont love Red days as much at the moment as I am craving carbs again... All this japanese food making me want more rice and thick noodles :(
I will allow myself one green day to have them in but honestly feel worse about having carbs than having lots of syns these days, can really tell the scales dont want me eating pasta or rice!

G seems a bit better now, was just a couple of days of tiredness but dragged him out for a long day on one of them :rolleyes:
Have become obsessed with this Chinese wholesale website aliexpress.com ! Have spent two days on there for HOURS. I've ordred some arty bits that I intend to make stuff and sell on etsy which I am SO excited about :D musg edit first though! Will have a new peoject to edit with just a two week deadline on Tues so really must get on with this project! Another unconfirmed big sditig project shortly after too so really need to step up my game.
Am glad though as have spent £500 in the past couple of weeks on 'extra's including £200 on sound equipment for my filming... That really dug into savings so need to get completing some projects!
 
OMG I've just spend the best part of an hour on that ali express website! Some of the dresses are beaut, so cheap too! When I get my tax back I'm gonna have to 'invest' in some clothes to slim into I think! :D I'm addicted to etsy too, I've had to ban myself from going on there now 'cos I just see so many things I want! Pretty sure when we buy our house (eventually) that it's gonna be decorated entirely from etsy! You'll have to post pics of what you make!

Glad G's feeling a bit better. I'm craving carbs today too and it's a red day, grr! x
 
On Red or Green days I always save a HexA+B for evening snack or meal, that way I can change to EE if I crave something or end uo eating out. I think it works well that way because I will have a red day lunch and then a carby dinner or whatever but will have had an EE day (without the Hex extra calories) with a carb free lunch- so kinda makes me feel better about having the carbs at dinner, if that makes sense? The extra Hexs on R/G add up to about 250 calories extra, which is why on EE days when we combine fat and carbs we are only allowed one of each... Eh, rambling on. But basically an EE day with a red style lunch is pretty awesome calories wise :D

Etsy is so cool! Everythig is so expensive though... That wholesale site is AMAZING. I ordered £15 of jewellery and got about 14 different items for that :O and they are all necklaces etc I have seen in camden market for £4-6 each!

Period showed up out of nowhere today :| 5 days early! Makes me feel a bit better about only having a -1lb yesterday though as I always weigh more when due on! Also means this week wont be a write off as expected as water retention should be long gone by Thurs :D kinda yay! Haha. Also a pretty good time as I am filming on Tuesday and didnt want to be dealing with PMS etc around then.

Had a MAJORLY productive day! OMG. I must have spent about 10 hours working hard at editing this video- it is so nearly done! I am going to finish it up tomorrow though as there is at least another hour to do and am hungry and tired. Trying to cut back on eating late at night but kep going to bed at 3pm and having breakfast when I wake up at noon so all a bit silly. 1am early nigt tonight lol :p

L- Fry up! Cheesy (hexA1) scrambled eggs, bacon, sainsburys be good to yourself cumberland sausages (1/2 a syn each and had 3), fried onions and red pepper, lots of ketchup (+2) - so satisfying!!

D- double bowl of coco shreddies (HexB 1+2 +HexA2) and a banana later.

Drinks- 3 big green teas (I swear the disney mug I got holds about two cups of tea! I love it!), 2L NAS squash

Sounds like you are really focused at the moment which Is great.
Period weight can be so deceptive, I always weigh heavier when I'm due than when I'm actually on. Fingers crossed for a great loss next week for you.
 
Etsy is a place for selling handmade items or vintage things, it's full of lovely and creative things! Fairly expensive though as it's all handmade...

Yeah, I got an STS last week so was pretty bummed by -1 this week, but am excited now that * week has arrived LOL means -1 is my write off week (pretty good for day before period!) and next week I can hopefully drop a nice 4 or something :D though 3 would get me into the 14's so would be happy with that!
Cant believe how productive I was on the day * week started :O am rewardig myself with a green day off in my red week. Soaked japanese rice all night to make sticky rice today and am going to make udon noodles in miso soup- japanese food day, yaaay :D

Early night went absolutely to craps. Was so wide awake in ved until 4.30am, writing ideas down for etsy... Have had a few but they will probably flop so wont jynx it by excitedly tellig everyone haha. X

Saving the hexa + b 'till the evening sounds like a great idea too. I'll have to remember that one for red days in future.

Ooh and fingers crossed for a good loss for you this week - getting into the 14's would be amazing!
 
Geeg came over today (bestie from childhood who despite living close to I dont see that much), saw her last week too :O awesome. Made the rice in eve but didnt have much of it, wasnt really in the mood for it :( had a few mouthfuls of rice then had a bowl of cereal instead.
Had a nice time with her though! Bounced around to music we grew up with and played a bit of wii fit. I wanted to do more wiift- must give that a go again soon!

Slept awfully :/ went to.bed around 2am, got to sleep around 3am then at 6amnlay awake for two hours until eventually I was too hungry and got up.
Just made myself a mini fry up reheating some of yesterday's leftover fried onions and peppers and the day before's leftover Sainsburys BGTY cumberland sausages with scrambled cheesy eggs and plenty of ketchup. Mmm :) not bad for somethimg that took just a few minutes to russle up!

I just booked a groooupon (minis doesnt want me to spell it correctly lol?!) for go karting, am going to surprise G with it as he loves F1 racing and always raves about the couple of times he got to go outdoor karting. Hope it is a good one though! About a 40 min drive away and cost £12.50 each for 20 min of driving time which isnt bad I think! I mean, I have paid £3.50 for two mins of bumper cars at fairs plenty of times :eek:

I forgot to mention but got my editing finished yesterday :D have been SO focused somehow. There will be some adjustments depending on what the client wants on Monday but feel awesome to have pretty much completed it a week ahead of schedule.

Period has been odd... Not sure if it actually is * week or not... (TMI coming up, look away now!) Only had a little something for a day and a half and not like fresh blood and no tummy ache etc so am not sure if it was *week or not after all *sigh* I hope it is just a wonderfully light one but seems unlikely after recent ones.

Not sure what to do with myself today since my editing is done :p want to start new projects but have a new client one on Tuesday so hesitant to get stuck into something I'll have to put on pause... Might just try and edit some photos from Sweden shoots.
Only had like 3hrs sleep so might go see if I can eat now that my belly is nice and full and content :)

Red day today... Missed it yesterday :S didnt really know what to do with myself when I didnt want the rice! Annoyingly the rice needs overnight soaking so cant really just have it when I feel like it, and whenever I plan meals I never seem to want them when I get around to them! Anyone else find that? :rolleyes:
 
13 weeks until xmas :eek: 13 weigh ins... Or, y'know... 26 seeing as I'm a bi weekly scales wh*re ;)

Just did some maths and I'm juuust under two stone away from first goal :D which if I want to reach it by xmas means I need to average 2lbs off a week.
Bit of a stretch for me seeing as I keep getting STS and low losses despite being good, but if I can get a 4lbs off sometimes to catch up for 0 weeks could potentially manage it! We'll see :) will try and do mainly red. Project Slim-o for Crimbo!

Cool that it isnt too big a stretch though :D
Forgot to do my arm exercises yest but will try to today if I find the energy. Have spent all day lying in.bed zonked and feeling nauseas (always do when sleep deprived!)

I really want to go on holiday and get a kitten.

Just getting used to the extra easy because the consultant wanted us all to stay on that at first. I will be having my first proper weigh in tomorrow :eek: lol.... no I am looking forward to it really. I'd like to have a go at red days next week (not necessarily for the whole week) just to see how I find them. I am just cooking my very first sw chips as we speak :drool:
