Gosh it's been over a week since I last wrote in here.
I've not had a very good week:cry: I've not over eaten, but I've not been well because of a chest infection. And now I have sciatica which is really painful :cry:. And then the hot weather put me off eating things like potato's rice and pasta, so had extra bread and cheese as sandwiches. Very naughty I know:sigh:
Anyway I am hoping to do better this week! So far today I have had.
Breakfast: 2 weatabix with semi skimmed and a tea spoon of castor sugar (only 1 syn compared to granulated)
Lunch: I made a mushroom rissotto so am now stuffed! was totally free
Had a coffee with semi skimmed and 1 sugar. 1 syn
For dinner I am planning on making a potato and onion soup (might sprinkle some cheese on top.
Then snack tonight, 2 alpen light and a cadburys highlight drink.
I need more syns but can't think of how I can add them, unless I add a teaspoon of olive oil when I am frying off the onions..
