That's what I notice on this diet. I lose weight from the top down & bottom up. It takes a bit longer for my middle bits to catch up lol xx

I've done my measurements several times and no change at all - 24lbs are gone, but from where?
My face is definitely slimmer, and my ankles aren't puffy any more - but I can't see a difference anywhere else to be honest

I'm sure that all of a sudden & you will see a big difference Darcy. Then just think how even more brilliant you will feel. x
You will definitely be wearing them. You can't keep losing from your ankles and face or else you'll look very odd! I'm sure weight must be coming off the rest of you too!
