Hiya Darcy. I find evenings hard too. Not so much during the week as I need to go bed early for early morning work shifts. But at the weekend it's like a torture, I think of food non stop in the evening

Thoughts pop into my head for sure - but I push them away as fast as possible This is a TOUGH diet to follow, but it is effective - I'm an all or nothing person, so 'cutting down' is never going to work in a million years I just HAVE to lose weight or I'm significantly reducing my life expectancy - harsh, but true ......so, I'm gritting my teeth and getting on with it I have been TS 100% since 1st January - more than that I can not do!
Yep im all or nothing too and need consistent, fast results otherwise i lose heart!
It feels good having stuck to it all year doesnt it.
Sometimes thats what keeps me on track, just the fact that i had a nice clean start date of the first of the year and i cant fall off or i would mess that up!!
