When I lost a lot of weight before - shovelling snow in Canada - I was a size 10 :sigh:

Those days are gone I think, but a 12 would be fantastic

I learned to sew at an adult evening class

...a complete whim as I hated sewing at school - the dreaded purple gingham cookery apron

Found I really liked it and it went from there

Haven't done any sewing for years though as family circumstances rather took over everything

Really want to get back into it now though - with a hopefully added motivation of needing an entire new wardrobe at some point

Goodness me. It sometimes happens that we loose someone so close to a birthday. Hope its not been too difficult for you Darcy.

My mum passed the day after my husbands birthday.

Nice lay in on Friday then. I'm working Friday & Monday . xx
