I've made myself a promise to stick with this - I have so much weight to lose, and feel this is the only way

I can honestly say apart from the odd hungry evening I haven't found it too difficult, and feel really well

I've been doing Exante TS since January 4th, and have lost 42 lbs now

Lovely sunshine here at the minute - though a bit chilly still

Have no real plans - other than a big pile of overtime

....but that's my choice, and I do it to help fund my lovely holidays

Have just run round and done the housework and laundry

....and my Amazon order just arrived

....oh dear, I am such a shopaholic
