I can't reach the floor either!

I was so delighted when Ford introduced the Ka - the only car I've ever driven where I can really feel confident reversing! :D

......not to mention the embarrassment of having to ask a passing stranger to get things off the top supermarket shelves for me! :D

Lol I climb the shelves lmao much easier at 11st than 14 :) otherwise I knock stuff down with anything long I have in my trolley :)

Who needs a climbing wall then...........I'm off to Tesco!! :D

.......perhaps I can climb up and then abseil down?

Morning everyone!

Bit of a grey day here today - perhaps the sun will come out later on :)

Have a beauty parlour appointment this evening - electrolysis. All part of my transformation plans!!! :D

Hope everyone has a good day.

Darcy - I wonder. Now that I've found Exante I think I have cracked the weight problem. But how do I deal with this addiction to minimins???!!!

Belle

p.s. You are here more than me but only by a small margin!

I know, I know!

Should have been working hard this morning but kept popping back here - very naughty!! :D

I do find it keeps me going though. Very strange, as I have never in my life looked at an Internet forum before - let alone haunt one!

........think it's because I finally see that so many others are in the same situation. Very comforting thought somehow :)

Yep. Same for me. I was supposed to be working too. Now i can never post my pictures here lest i get caught!! I love it cos its keeping me on the straight and narrow and i will eventually work out exactly who is who and read all the diaries.

Take care

Belle

Morning all, beautiful sunny day here. :D

Just back from the hairdresser.

Cup of coffee, quick update here, then on with the sorting marathon!

Hope everyone has a good day :)

Well ,worked hard all day - but still so much to do!

I just can't believe how much 'stuff' I own - amazing!

I have been ruthless though, and have lots of black sacks to take to the charity shop.

It's a really good feeling to be clearing the house out........but hard work! :D

TS 100% today, and I have drunk loads of water. Weigh in tomorrow......have to just wait and see

Oh my, You've been busy. I sat on my rear all day today and it was my AAM day (cos i broke the diet two weeks running on a sat I decided to make it an aam day and its working out well). I probably went a little overboard but am feeling great!. It was all protein - no carbs. I have to work about 1000 calories off tomorrow but Im up for that if the weather holds!!. I love Bristol, and Bath. I am building a house and bought my kitchen tiles in Mandarin Stone (love 'em) in Bristol and had them shipped to Dublin. I spent one day wandering around Bristol and Bath and being a huge Jane Austen fan I had a ball. Lots of nice tea shops in Bristol. Thats how I judge a town, or used to. On its tea shops and the quality of its scones. I could have written a travel guide -"the tea shops of the British Isles" - Bristol would have been very high on the list. Lucky you (although I'd hate to be on a diet there!!)

How strange! I am a HUGE Jane Austen fan. I read her books over and over, have all the DVD's too. Have you been to her house in Chawton? Very interesting - and a lovely tea shop on the next corner

Well, despite being busy the scales won't play. Another STS week for me

Next week I'm going to try to do at least a walk every evening after work, and try to go swimming at least once. It's so difficult to find the time though - I work full time, look after my Dad, run the house as well as trying to do this massive clear-out!

Still, other people manage to fit it all in and so will I :D

Quick coffee break!

The spare room is almost cleared!!

That was definitely the worst room in the house, so a big achievement.

Plan to go through the CD's later and see if I can thin them out a bit.

Lovely sunny day, so onwards I go!

Hope everyone is having a nice day :)

You must be gutted with another STS? Keep it going hun it has got to come off at some point, maybe new scales :p

Bristol is amazing my parents live there just visited for the weekend loved it :)

Hi Darcy

STS - that is hard. Very hard. Do you think it might be worth a call to exante? I called them up about the diet ages ago and they couldnt have been more helpful - lots of support there. I will do the same as you are doing. This is my last chance, hell or high water diet and I just have to plough on regardless of what the scales say. It can't do any ruddy harm now can it?!

Re: Jane Austen: I was within a mile of Chawton last summer and couldnt go cos the baby started screaming and screaming and screaming and it wasnt going to be fun. However I did go and stay in Bakewell last August and stayed in the hotel in which Ms Austen herself stayed while writing the bits about Eliz Bennets trip to Pemberley with the Gardiners. Pemberley was apparently based on Chatsworth house which is about five miles away from the town ( I went but you cant take a pram/buggy in so I couldnt go in). In the hotel I stayed in the room next door to the room Jane Austen stayed in which was cool. Loved it. I also have all the books and I am MAD about the old jennifer ehle/colin firth series. P&P is by far my favourite.

Take care

Belle
