Hi Darcy, just the 2lbs off for me this week too, perhaps the diet gods are on holiday and forgot to deliver our weight loss this week. Still I'm just glad it's -2 and not +2 as it would undoubtedly have been if I wasn't on plan!!

On a lighter note, I never realised a few words from me could turn a woman into a sobbing mess... it goes to explain my (lack of) success with women over the years...

Just caught up with your entire diary - wow, woman! You are an inspiration. That halfway photo is brilliant, an excellent motivator. Keep at it! Do you think you could try a caffeine free experiment to see whether it helps with the losses?
Also, a brainwave I had yesterday - we perfectly sized people need fewer calories, perhaps we need fewer carbs too? Exante is quite high as VLCDs go and I'm going to have a go at replacing one pack with half a can of tuna or a boiled egg and a berocca drink each day to see whether I get faster weight loss. When I did lipotrim my losses were pretty high (13st 12 on october 16th to 9st 6 on february 9th) and that only has 45g carbs per day. I'll let you know how I get on.

A long day today - just got home from Salisbury. Took the train as driving there is not great, but it meant a 12 hour day.
Still can't access the site properly on the work PC, so out of touch all day.

......not much I can do about it really, but very frustrating not being able to progress in the house. Still, I will carry on sorting as much as I can while I'm waiting.
My computer problems are the opposite to yours! No way can I access the site from work - just get weird error messages. Perhaps it's for the best though - maybe I'll get some work done instead!
