End of day 31 TS :D

.......can't quite believe that myself! :)

Just done 15 minutes on the exercise bike - legs are feeling that :eek:

Looking forward to the weekend............with fingers crossed for weigh in on Sunday :)

I'm just managing a few minutes at a time - but it's a start :)

The sun is shining today - but it's very windy - and I'm going to go out for a walk later

......I am SO determined to crack this weight demon :D
 
There are 14 weeks to my cruise - and I would dearly love to lose 50lbs by then

......so that works out to just over 3.5lbs a week loss needed :rolleyes:

Guess I'd better up the exercise.............now, where did I put that Shred DVD? :eek:

It is Betty, yes! :D

....bought the stethescope, an ID tag for it and a tote bag all with the Betty logo. My current 'scope is boring grey :rolleyes:

......think this diet is doing something to my head, and making me all girlie - wish I was chronologically though :eek:

Can't believe how well this is going :)

......oh, and just did 3 kilometres on the bike - at a very sedate pace :D

Right, laundry all done and put away, bins emptied, and another kilometre on the bike

......too wet, cold and windy for a walk unfortunately :(

Time for sofa and blankie time - but I'm going to keep busy, sorting out some paperwork :)
