Speed Food Challenge

Hiya all

My speedys today are

Pear
Melon... loads of melon
Courgette
Tinned toms
Onion

I have a woefully pitiful capacity today. Will try harder tomorrow.
My appetite's been all over the shop today - totm. So not looking forward to weigh in either!!!
 
So far today

2 red grapefruit
bowl of strawberries
 
Today I as been eated...

Spring greens
Baked beans
Carrots
Melon

I am really not preparing well enough for all this and will try harder in the week. TOTM has not aided me this week.
 
LOADS OF MELON!!! People are beginning to look at me funny on the Co-op across from work - I walk out with two melons every day!!
Strawberries too - yum.
Tomatoes
Stir fry veg
Clementines

Quite an uninspired day actually but not remotely hungry. I feel like I should eat something but I would really just be for the sake of it.

Do you guys find that eating the speed foods as snacks is keeping you 100%? I love SW!!

Carrots, leeks, more onions and all sorts of other veg in my soup!

Wow Ive done good today without realising it but reading through the book has given me extra ideas
 
Well I haven't been good about keeping this updated but i did more than 5 speed or superspeed EVERY day and lost 3 pounds (including 3 meals out) Very pleased and sill be keeping it up.

Hope you dont mind me joining in with this weve been doing a speed food challenge in class last few weeks and had fab losses so il start posting to help me stay focussed .....
 
The more the absolute merrier!! I've really found I focus on making better decisions this way too!
