Spooky halloween challenge

GAAAAAAH! fooking STS AGAIN!!! BAAAAAAAAAAH!
am not giving up. last time i STS for this long i randomly lost 6lb in a week! hopefully my body is just testing me. i have stuck faithfully to my calories and it's going well, the scales are just refusing to budge! i wish i could just stop being ruled by the scales. i feel thinner this week, though. unfortunately next week is TOTM so i'll probably gain my usual 2lb. GAAAH! how discouraging!

Oh no rhuba, not again!! Like you say though if you have stuck to your cals and FEEL slimmer there's definitely something else going on here! It must be water retention, hormones, whatever! I'll bet anything you'll see a loss next week. ;)

IF i can lose 3lb next week then that would take me into the 9's and i will be feeling lots better. The 10's has dragged more than the 11's!

I would like to be 9 stone by xmas... will see how i go. If i can make it by xmas i will have a bit to play with when eating over the xmas period then :)

Its my TOTM any day now (sorry to be graphic) bt it excites me, only because its the week i normally have a mega loss, normally being about 3lb's, hopefully i am not let own... will report on Wednesday :)
 
Okkk im here at work sat here with the hot water with lemon and i cannot say im a fan ... i will force ymself but im really not digging it! lol
Its TOTM so im doing everything. Ive been well within my cals, no exervise done as i cant get on the Wii due to all my house stuff taking space up in the room i do it in..

it's TOTM for me today, so i dont hold out much hope! i was gona weigh on saturday but the damn scales at the gym had no paper in them, so twas a no-go. we'll see any way. fingers crossed!

Just 1lb for me which is very surprising seem as I've been to 2 weddings and a school reunion in the past week!! I'm sure I'll pay for it next week though as I've eaten like a pig to be honest. The finishing line is proving to be just out of reach for me and I feel as if I'm maintaining rather than dieting at the mo :(
