I'm no stranger to CWP but have always followed Sole Source. However I have come to realise that this may not be the way forward for me. I tend to go straight back to normal eating after I have lost the weight and end up putting it straight back on again.
I am going to try a different approach and give either SS+ of Step 2 a go. The problem is, I don't know how to do it. I dont know what I can eat, or how much etc.
I should imagine there are loads of threads about this somewhere but can't find them at the moment. Could someone please advise or point me in the right direction? Thanks
