Hello peoples,
I had what you might deem a hungry day today, I just couldn't stop eating, well it was more that I was constantly hungry.
I also bought a new set of bathroom scales as I didn't believe the weight that my current ones were showing, so we'll see how that affects things on Wednesday
So the many foods of today:
Breakfast:
Oats so simple pot (6)
Lunch:
WW Carrot & Lentil Soup (2)
2 x Sesame Ryvita (2)
Shape Yogurt (3)
Dinner:
3 x slices Hovis Best of Both (7)
Clover (3)
Ham (2)
Light Salad cream (1)
Spinach & Ricotta pasta (9)
WW Pasta Sauce (2)
Reduced Fat Cheese (1)
Snacks:
2x Alpen Light Bar (4)
Cheesy Curls (2)
Boots Shapers Blueberry & Yogurt Bar (2)
Kit Kat (7)
Cherries (0)
