Hey chap - so, you're being tempted away to the 'darkside' :bolt: can says I blame you. There seems to be a bit of an exodus going on from Exante to S&S lately - or, peeps doing a bit of mix n match.

I must admit - if I hadn't bought a few months worth of Exante in advance (in a bid to keep me on track), then I might have made a similar move by now. That said, if my losses remain as slow as they did last month, I'll use all my supplies with still weight to lose - so who knows, I may yet join you.

I am getting a little bored of the limitations of Exante, having gone right off the soups (yuk). I'm still loving the vanilla and choc shakes though, and I adore the porridge (yum, yum and yummy).

I could take or leave the bars right now -but I have quite a few to use up (should have eased up on the bulk ordering a bit :doh:)

Well - I hope you enjoy the shake later and if you do 'defect' :D I'll still keep track of you (you can't escape - mwahahaha) Okay, I'll stop being creepy now :)
 
Cheers Suseka, like I said I have done 5+ months now on LL and Exante and am just lookin for a bit of variety, so who knows. I love the Exante soups, so will deffo be keeping them, may add some S&S meals (not sure yet).
Anyways my thoughts on S&S
Muesli Bar - very palatable
Hazelnut shake - sickly
Chilli - very tasty
Chicken soup - prefer Exante.

Just my thoughts wont necessarily be the same for everyone, but hope this helps.

This is gonna be my wk 22 update, weigh in is a day early due to St Paddys day next week. And I can report a loss of 3lbs, a total of 87lbs (the half way point).
I am counting down from here. Woohoo.

Hope everyone is doing ok. I will be having a Friday weigh in this week. Cos I am out on the lash satdee for St Patricks day.
So on Friday I will be knocking myself out of ketosis in preperation.

LOL gonna be a busy weekend here, paddys day, mothers day and bank holiday on Monday :) I've already warned hubby i'll have to have a lie in the morning after paddys day, as it'll be mothers day; I wont type what his response was ;)

Hiya folks just a quick update. No weigh in at the weekend cos of St patricks day, but fully back on the wagon now and 100% TS.
I have posted my before pics that were taken by my LL counsellor, and later this week will take pics for my half way result. Will let you know when thay are there.

Wow! That's some difference in such a short time :D You must be feeling fantastic! Keep up the hard work as you say you're counting down now :D:D:D

Are you still planning on mixing it up a bit with a few S&S thrown in now and then?

Yes Suseka I got the full sample pack to try em. 27 sachets.
So far though I can't get away with the shakes
Muesli bar was nice
Chilli nice
Chicken soup not a patch on Exante.

So a mixed bag really, I am gonna mix and match for a week, and then take it from there.

I can report a loss of 3lbs since last weigh in. Which gives me a running total of 90lbs lost and now I am on the downward slope and only 84lbs to go.

Lovin I'm sure u too can have a loss, it's probably mainly fluids we put on during these occasions.
I was confident of a loss after my previous experiences.

Morning folks, as previously mentioned I got the 27 sample pack from S&S my results are as follows.
The shakes - didn't like em.
The bars - all nice but very small
Soups - not a patch on Exante
The meals, now your talkin
Original oatmeal lovely
Spicy spaghetti lovely
Chilli lovely
Cottage pie lovely
Mushroom pasta lovely ( there's a pattern here )
Just the mac cheese wasn't wot I had hoped for.
So in summary I will probably do a bit of mixnmatch with Exante soups and S&S meals, next order will be in a week or so.
It hasn't affected my losses any so why not.

Good day all.
Just a quick update to advise all that I am having a AAM week this week. Just to mix it up a bit.
After 24 wks some kind of variety is nice. In fact any kind of variety is good.
Only another 24 ish wks to go.

Got through my AAM week and this morning placed my next Exante order, soups and bars.
Also ordered oatmeal, chilli and spicy spaghetti from S&S.
Will mix n match for a while.

What was the weigh-in result after your AAM week Stapo? Did you manage a loss? I think I lost a 1lb when I did AAM week, which I was quite pleased about.
I'm mix and matching with S&S products too at the moment, although I've run out of Exante soups so I'm more or less 100% S&S until my next big order.
Which of the chillis have you re-ordered? I've been having the old-style 'chilli con carne' ones, which I love, but tried the new-style 'tomato chilli' last night, but I wasn't impressed. Reminded me of the Exante tomato soup, which isn't a good thing in my book!

Alex nice to hear from u again. My loss during AAM week was exactly 1lb, which I kinda expected.
It's the original chilli and original oatmeal that I have ordered. After 6 months it is a bit of variation that I am craving, it all becomes a bit same old, same old.
Variety is the spice of life (so is Tabasco sauce). Lol.
