Saturday morning and an early weigh in.
A loss of 4lbs can be reported, Happy with that.
Better still I am now on the downward slope 88 gone 86 to go.

Phase 2 Starting Weight 23 stone 6lbs.

Wk 1 -16lbs, wk 2 -3lbs, wk3 -2lbs, wk 4 -1lb, wk 5 -4lbs, wk 6 -3lbs, wk 7 -2lbs, wk 8 +3lbs, wk 9 -4lbs,
 
Its gotta be said, once you are up and running on TS, it is sooo easy.
No hunger pangs no cravings. It helps living in a food free zone though (wife is eating at daughters) lol.
 
Saturday early morning weigh in again, and we have lost 2 more lbs.
Thats 90 lbs gone 84 lbs to go.
We are gonna get there.............

I'm gonna plod on with this journey week by week.

Well here we are Wednesday afternoon have spent the last few days suffering from flu like symptoms.
Have taken paracetamol and buttercup cough syrup to help ease the pain....:sick:

I have stuck to my 3 soups a day, but they just dont taste right.
And hope I'm not doing any damage to the Exante programme.

And after a week of copious amounts of paracetamol and buttercup syrup, i am not hanging out much hope.
So, "over the moon" with a 2lb loss.

Wow, well done Stapo! And fair play to you for staying on track when you've been ill. It's so easy to talk yourself into 'needing' food when you're feeling under the weather!

In all honesty i couldn't have faced food.
But feel i have turned the corner.
I may have a small treat tonite then back on TS in the morning (i deserve it)
 
Had the satdee night off plan, and shared a Beef Curry and Boiled Rice with the wife. Also had 3 pints of Gaymers cyder, which was very nice.
Still hoping for a loss this week and its weigh in day tomorrow.
Here's hoping.
 
Well here we go again, a Satdee morning weigh in and a reported loss of 2lbs (something of a pattern here)
I am over the moon with that as I had a treat last weekend.
So now only 80lbs to go.
This weekend I am off to Liverpool for the Merseyside Derby, Come on you Blues.

Its weigh in again tomorrow. Not expecting too much as was away from home last weekend (off plan).
But have been 100% since Monday a.m.

Absolutely no reasoning behind this, but even after having last weekend off plan.
I have a loss of -4lbs, unbelievable.
So thats EXACTLY 7 Stone GONE.

I am starting the day on a definate high. What a wonderful world (nearly broke into song again there,LOL).

Maybe you gave your metabolism a shake-up with the break last weekend? Either way, it's great news....especially as it means you've now lost 7 stone....amazing work!!
