Tuesday 7th August: slimming world week four
Breakfast: missed :/ slept in before work
Lunch: one wholemeal roll weighed hexb1, 20g tesco light choices coleslaw 2 syns, wafer thin ham, mango, activia fat free strawberry yoghurt
Dinner: one wholemeal roll weighed hexb2, 30g hexa cheese, BBQ sauce 1 syn, 1 plain grilled chicken breast, 20g tesco light choices coleslaw 2syns, green beans, broccoli and cauliflower
Snack: strawberries and pineapple, hi fi rocky road bar 3syns
Hexa: cheese
Hexb: wholemeal roll x 2
Syns: 8
Exercise: jog 1 mile, walk 1 mile
So I did another red day today, although used two hexbs on wholemeal rolls...I hope it's not too much carbs. I weighed the rolls and they were proper hexb rolls but I'm still bit worried about having 2 today. So tomorrow gona have breakfast and use one hexb for cereal allowance, and use another hexb for a wholemeal roll with some soup I'm planning on making for lunch, then have a salad for dinner..
