Started this morning

Well, I went to my class last night, was a bit disappointed cause the leader wasn't there and it was 2 little ladies sat behind the desk. I gave my tenner, got my book and got weighed and that was that!

I know it will be better next week when the leader is back but I was so looking forward to meeting the group and having my introductory chat!

I didn't even get the password for the site. Any help?

I have had porridge for brekki, 2 tangerines, 1 banana and I am about to have a chicken mug shot for my dinner!

Thanks Sonban. I want to get on and start putting my shopping list together. Anything which may help me is worth doing.

I am missing stodge already. I have to admit that I am starving at the minute. Its probably only cause I can't fill up on free food all the time cause I'm diabetic.

I have found a new forum too for Slimming worlders. am i allowed to share?

On days like that I find it best to go green. I find it much more filling and stisfying when I have the munchies or need stodge!
