I read the forums but rarely ever post but i need a motivation boost! ive done pretty much any diet you can think of including liquids only(lost quite a lot of weight but cant sustain it, lost 5.5stone but gained a stone pretty much straight away) my friend told me about slimming world, ive half heartedly done it for about 2months losing a few pounds, gaining a few but not really getting very far! today is my fresh start i decided to keep a food diary and exercise log and lose the last few stone (lost around 163ibs so far but it stalled over a year ago now im just yo-yoing!) hopefully this site will be of help
