Starting tomorrow but no booklet?

Thanks everyone, you're all just so nice! Who needs a crummy councillor eh?!

I've been whisking my shakes with cold water that comes from the fridge and then adding ice. Seems to be working well. I had Vanilla the first day which I thought had a kind of ready brek taste then bananna yesterday which was lush and right now I'm having strawberry which doesn't taste as good as it looks! Might need to try a tablet sweetner in this next time.

Have tried both bars now and choc orange is lovely, the other one is nice too as I like raisens. Wasn't too sure on the texture on day one but it seemed to go down easier yesterday.

So far I really like the soups but I'm yet to try the much feared tomato!

Miss Demeanour - thanks for the kind offer to post the booklet - I've saved the pdf one from the website which I think is the same, so I should be ok, but it was very nice of you to offer to share. :)

I shall let you know how I'm getting on. Oh by the way, no ketosis breath yet but thanks for all the info on not having mints. I'll take a trip to Boots and have a look for a spray breath freshner instead.
