Hi All
I am starting the CD tomorrow. I am very excited and feel its about time I sort myself out, is there anyone who is also starting or recently started? Or maybe someone who is there for me to chat too.
I lost alot of weight a few years back , then a year ago I met my partner and that last stone plus some has gone on
I now feel horrid and think here's to me and the future !
According to my scales I am 14 stone at 5ft 2, however, I will see how that matches up to my consultants this evening !
