Hello... I'm starting ww on wed after losing 2stone 5lb on cambridge, I came off cambridge 3 weeks ago and have lost a further 3 lb the week after coming off but nothing in the last 2 weeks but no gain
I've gradually reintroduced more carbs and cals ready for ww so hopefully wont gain. I just feel I really need the structured plan and weekly weigh ins of ww to get me to goal. I'd like to get to 10 stone.. so 1 stone 11 lb to lose, but will see how comfortable I feel after I've lost another stone.
