I was trying to go back through old threads, and see if I could find anything from "post-crash", but I can't remember when that was!

hm a bit of digging, and it looks as if it was around May 2015 that the site went down. We may find answers to where people went around that time, but we're talking 10 years ago. It may be that any alternative forums have dropped off as well :-(

I don't want to do Mumsnet but found this one which has some similarities but haven't seen any pictures of food. Just found it but haven't read through many threads to see if any good. See what you think
Lets see if it suits us to join.
I am going to continue here until the end before I move - you never know we might be able to continue

Thanks Ravenous - will have a proper look there as well. It did come up as a suggestion, but wasn't sure how active it was.

Yes, I'm planning to stay put for now, as well!

I did use FatSecret for a while. It's an app for calorie tracking, but there are forums, and a journaling function as well.

I'm absolutely the same, Ravenous. It's one of the reasons I pulled back from using it. But there were users just using the journal aspect, and it's a busier platform than others I've seen.

@AliGal , I think you are here the longest. Do you have any idea of how to contact Pierce

No - I'm afraid I don't.

Just wish Pierce would start this forum up again and not leave it to die out in a couple of months. I just can't get motivated knowing there will be nowhere to post soon.:(

Lets look at it this way - we want to lose the weight for ourselves and have to learn to do it independently. It is a life style that we need to make and live with it.
We don't need someone or something to be there to decipline us.

You can do it too - forum or no forum , you need to do it for yourself.
