Friday 17 December (Weigh-in)

Yaaaaaay lost 3 pounds today and I am very much back on track after last weeks sts. I will up my exercise yet again for this week and get the 2 pounds off I need for my mini target which is 10% of my weight :)

Was off out seeing Kevin Bridges tonight and went for dinner and drank way too much! Back on track tmrw.......had a great time though, Kevin was hilarious :D

D: fillet steak, mash potato, balsamic onions.

5 small glasses of wine - Im not even going to attempt to syn today, will just reduce syns for rest of week.

Ooooooohhhh I'm very hungover and would love a greasy fry-up lol, but nope I'll have delicious healthy food instead and help my body heal :)

Well after lots of treats, I am back on plan for 2 days. I'm away to a hotel and spa for New Year on Thursday, so aim to have 3 days off and back on plan for Sunday 2nd January. I am missing a weigh-in on Friday due to being away but will resume weigh-in on the 7th. I hope for damage limitation but we will just have to wait and see.

Woooo happy new year and continuation of the new me! Ok I went off plan for roughly two weeks, but if I cant do that over Christmas, when can I. I am happy to report that I put on 1 pound only so my choices must have been not too bad :) I also had some unsettling news, but I can't think about that yet, I need to focus. It is taking a lot of willpower to get back into it today as I don't have a lot bought in, but I can do this!

L: 2 rice cakes and 2 lcel, tangerine, bowl of homemade broccoli soup.

D: bowl of homemade soup, fillet steak, peppercorn sauce (1 syn), cous cous and green beans.

If anyone reads this lol, the reason I am low on the syns this week is because I had lots of goodies over Christmas and I need to have a week of limited syns. My weigh day is Friday and if I get a good loss, I will make sure I use some of my syns that I have saved up.

Plan to make a carrot and coriander soup today in the slow cooker. EDIT: It's made and is simmering away (KatKit, will post pic tmrw as I was late in doing it...looks fine though).

Well done on your losses - I've just re-started my WI is Sunday - fingers crossed.:)

Can you let me know how the soup turns out using the slow cooker and do you cook any of it before it goes in?:)

Hey KatKit :) thanks for reading, hope my food diary is helpful to you - certainly helps me to write it down. Never tried the soup in the slow cooker so will let you know how it goes. Planning on bunging it all in the pot without cooking first and topping up with veg stock. Will take a pic later. Good luck for Sunday and well done on re-starting...I know just how tough it is to re-start especially after Christmas, so good on you xx
