Ok I really need to get back into writing everyday, haven't been feeling great at all so logging on mfp has been a task most days. In the last 3 days I ended up with one day 111 cals over and 2 bang on. I'm eating one meal a day and then complete sh*te. I'm not worrying about drinks cals etc so been having fruit juice and sugar in tea which has pushed cals up.. To say its been Easter weekend and yesterday the house was FULL of gluten free/choc goodies I haven't done bad.
Sun 31st march.. 9 weeks until my birthday and I want 15lb off and I will be at target, which is very very exciting!

Vegetable bhuna from takeaway, asked for as little oil as possible-ate not even half the bhuna and about 1/4 rice and 1.5 poppadom - 438
Total is on 988 so room for a cream egg with a cup of tea later. I am seriously starting healthy eating tomorrow, as in no more crap!
