Isn't it funny Stirky the funny thoughts that go through our heads.. I have a chippy about six doors down from my flat. Across the road is a pub and abit further down is a pizza shop and a host of indian takeaways :eek: I thought the other day on my way home I could go there and there now but I suppose I'm just not bothered by it now :D

I think its the age old thing of if its forbidden it becomes attractive :) if it's there and we can have it we don't bother!

Exactly, that's the great thing about this plan as we CAN have it if we want, but we chose not to as we don't really want it all that much anyway :D

Well done thats great. I love chips but when you stop and think how they are cooked, is it worth the calories? You had a great UD:D

Thurs 24th Sept - DD and three juddd weeks down :D

Well been on juddd 3 weeks today, wow that's flown! Still loving it, just hope the scales agree with me in the morning! Haven't done much exercise again this week :( Didn't Staurday as still had bad cold and felt rough :( Did on Monday :) But then yesterday couldn't do any as hurt my shoulder/neck on Tuesday morning picking a tantruming DS1 up!!! Was still hurting yesterday so didn't want to push it by exercising. Hurt my neck in the past and literally couldn't move for two weeks (took another few weeks for it to heal) so always wary of my neck, don't want that again, it killed!

Anyway, dd today :D Gone well again, although have felt a bit hungry today, just ignored it tho lol!

Oh and I am SO SO glad I drove past that chippy yesterday, I haven't craved anything at all today so I know it was only because hubby had been going on and on (aren't men helpful!!) the night before, I didn't want them :)

good luck for tomoz! hope u have kicked your fella in to touch!! I just posted this in my thread and though u and the other judders might be interested .....

I dunno if u like quorn stuff but i just had a peppered steak and it was amazing!! Its only 104 cals and 3.8g of fat (3.7g per 100g for all you xenicalers!) and they are so filling. You could have one on your down days with a little salad or some viggies!! Little bit spicy .. well they were for me and im a rite whimp i can only just about manage a Korma heheh They r a rite bargain in asda at min £1 for two steaks

2lbs gone this morning woo-hoo! Was secretly hoping for 3lbs to take me into the 150's, but hey happy with 2lb and something to look forward to next week lol!

i've been doing a bit of a watered down version of judd for the past week (1000 one day, 1500 the next) and have lost 2lb, but i'm gona keep following you and if it slows down again then i'll be jumping on board!

Great going Rhuba with your last week. If you ever want to jump on board then go for it. Juddd isn't suiting everybody but I think that goes for any plan out there, I love it.

Yes Sarah, lovely and sunny here too. Just in the middle of doing housework too, with a bit of minimins inbetween :D

Fri 25th Sept - UD

Well haven't counted today or written everything down, had a manic day (again!). I feel like I've eaten too much but I don't think (hope) I haven't gone over my cal allowance for today, up day anyway so not worrying too much about it. The past few up days I've had I've been pretty good on and been well inside my allowance, so one naughtyish day won't hurt! Had cake at school as we had a Macmillan Cancer support coffee afternoon, so couldn't say no being as it was for charity and all ;) Just had pasta for dinner with flat bread and feel stuffed now, did last time I had pasta too.

Down day tomorrow, yay!
