Calmed down a bit! But as the OH was supposed to be travelling this week when he then said about the carrots, I just thought you are not even supposed to be here and you are complaining..
Back on the scales the two lbs I put on at the weekend are off so it's back to square one and determined to have a good week. Managed four L of water yesterday and I am sure that helped get rid of the weekend blip. At home today with DD who wants to have a chill out day at home, so I can get lots of water down and see if we can tackle her room!
Wish I knew why I have to sabotage, but reading other diaries others seem to suffer the same thing and be equally baffled, I mean I am making progress and suddenly bam, I am stuffing things in my mouth, not enjoying them and keep going back for more...
Back was better yesterday, some leg pains but got through most of the housework without agony, so am being focused about the three times a day exercises and stretches.
