Never mind, at least you know where you are going wrong and that's half the battle. Here's to a brand new week to pull it back on track I have PCOS and Endometriosis too I empathise! I have found being vegan helps dramatically with it. I think it was dairy as when I was veggie it was worse, as was my skin.I gained half. New exercise, not keeping track of syns and buffet food to blame. Need to really stick at it this week. My meals are great it's just my syns grr. Never mind
