You seem to be on the ball and doing really well, don't be nervous. It's not a test -* it's your journey * if the car comes off the road from time to time it's not a problem you can steer back in the right direction - but you are REALLY steering straight! :)

Shame about the gain :-(. But....imagine how much worse it could have been. Huge congratulations on getting straight back on track!

Never mind, at least you know where you are going wrong and that's half the battle. Here's to a brand new week to pull it back on track :) I have PCOS and Endometriosis too I empathise! I have found being vegan helps dramatically with it. I think it was dairy as when I was veggie it was worse, as was my skin.
 
Ooh I couldn't be vegan lol. Just sticking to Sw is hard enough lol. My symptoms are better since I have lost 2.5 stone. My main symptom is massively irregular periods. It drives me mad. I wouldn't mind them being irregular if I didn't have horrid side effects through not having periods.

I just looked on the jillian michaels website and apparently it's common to gain weight the first 2 weeks of new exercise. But it should start coming off once my body adjusts.

I'm not vegan for my health it was just something I noticed had improved. I agree about the exercise. I work out too and find that some weeks the weight loss is slow but I am losing inches too so I guess it finally catches up with one another. :)

Loving your diary. I'd never heard of SE before so I now feel enlightened.
You've given me some great ideas to freshen up my meals.
Can I just check that the main difference between SE and EE is the 2/3 instead of 1/3 of superfree? And you can have 2x HEA and B?
Sorry if I'm being thick and you feel like you're explaining it lots.

My 30 Day Shred is on order, waiting for it to be delivered from Amazon. Though it'd be here by now so will see how I get on with that too.

Thanks hun. Yeah that's right. At the start if the thread I posted all the 'rules' of success express. I did gain this week but I had a night off plan and I've embarked on new exercise and I've also not kept track of syns like I should have done. So stepping it up this week. Now to resist the yummy birthday cake I've made!!!! X

Hey Lou! Just want to let you know, I've stuck to SE since Sunday and you were right... my stomach has gone flatter so thank you :) I'll be able to wear my tight(ish) dress tomorrow now and feel a bit more confident in it. Not sure if its helped me lose as I'm weighing in tomorrow morning but I'll let you know. Thank you for pointing me in the direction of SE!! Leah xxx
