Dont know why I've never thought of just frying some veg and having that with scrambled eggs and toast for breakfast before. That's definitely going to be my breakfasts this week.
I've lost 3 stones but have been messing about with the last 7 lbs for months now so need to get my head back in the game.

Well done Hun that's a great achievement!!! I'm back on it today after a weekend of ee and red. If you decide to do it you need to stick to it for the whole of that day really. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do x
