I'm trying SE after a disappointing week at weigh in Monday. Finding it difficult - I usually stick to EE!
Anyone know about gravy? On the slimming world 7 day recipe planner it says gravy granules 1 tbsp= 5 syns, but on my app on all plans 1 tbsp is 1 syn? Why do I need to count this as 5, or is the website outdated? Thanks!
You might be better posting in the syns section for that as not many people will see it here. It will all depend on the gravy itself though as different brands have different calories
I may be wrong but I think I read somewhere that if you're doing Sucess Express you have to count the highest syns available, so if it's 1 syns on EE but 5 on Green you have to count the green one?

Do your syns HAVE to be within a meal only??? As it says your snacks have to be superfree only!
I've had a couple of spoons of Mayo with my meals but not sure if I'm making it up to 5 syns worth! AWould be really Annoying to sabotage it by not having enough syns!
You can have anything in between but if it's not superfree it needs to be synned. For example, on EE you could snack on a pack of chicken between meals if you wanted, but on SE it would need to be synned. Free food is only free when it's part of a main meal, otherwise it needs to be synned.
