When I’m failing I just want to hide:classic_frown:. I couldn’t face weigh in this week:classic_oops: — then I felt worse having missed:classic_roll_eyes:.

Yesterday and today have gone well and I’m back to counting my Syns which I wasn’t doing.

Oh, and if you ever use the phrase "when I'm failing..." again, I will personally kick your butt x this isn't a competition, or some horrible endless test, it's a journey, an obstacle course, that takes time and support. You don't " fail" , it's not a failure if you lose your way, it just means you need a little help and encouragement to steer you in the right direction again. Xx
