It's Monday Morning & I have a smile in my face....

3 MORE GET UP TILL I COLLECT ALFIE!!!

I am needing a really good few day, as my weekend has been full of naughty meals!!

I have had a hectic weekend & have been out every day and evening with friends or family! :-/

Not exactly been sticking to plan but I know I will be ok of I work my as@ off for the next 5 days!!

(fingers crossed!)

I need to loose 5lb to get my 5 stone shiny and I am wanting to have that before my week holiday, which is in two weeks time!!

2 more get ups!!!!!

I am struggling a little getting back into the routine of eating 3 healthy SW meals a day, with lots of fresh veg ect...

I am not eating rubbish but I am missing breakfast, just grabbing a mug shot for dinner, then beans in toast for tea.

I know that I am also not eating enough to keep my metabolism moving... I have 2 more days left at work, then I am off for 5 days.

I am going to use the days to go back to my weekly menu planning, look up new recipes and get my self 100% back on SW plan!

Like I said, it's not like I am eating takeaways ect but if I want to keep this weight loss going at a good rate I need to kick myself up the bum!!

That's why my menus have been lacking off my diary! Last week it was because if tooth ache from hell!! :-(

I know I will get back Into it, I just need to give myself time to plan my meals and re read the books! When did life get soooo hectic! :-( LOL x
