Hey sweetie, awww how exciting, can't wait to see the new pics of Alfie, bet he's getting big now....while I remember, Alfie was one of the names on Kirsty's list for the baby, sorry but she's now crossed it off, said she would see pics of your Alfie everytime she looked at her Alfie so it's got to be a no now lol
I went back over my books and preplanned all my meals , not just my main meal which is what I've always done in the past...I wrote down what foods I will be using and then as it got closer, decided on which way it would be cooked and what would go with what, it's a good way of planning ahead..I make a list of what's in my freezer, what I need to get and then plan the month...it's brilliant and I am really focused again.
So young lady, being as we are nearly the same weight and have set the same goals I will be here reminding you on a daily basis of our commitment and spurring you on and I know you'll do the same for me...we are going to be such babes ( if an old nanna can be a babe that is :giggle: ) before xmas :hug99: xxxx
