Summer's weight loss journey - one day at a time

Skipped my work out this morning as was feeling dizzy and run down..have eaten well and drank plenty to try and boost my blood pressure.

B- bannana on toast (hxb). Cup of tea and 2 malted milk (4 syns)

L - tomato mugshot, fresh fig, mango and mullerlight.

S-2 Mikado (1 syn) and fruit stars (3 syns)

D - glazed pork loin, broccoli, carrot and swede mash.

Another good day food was and feeling better so went to body combat, fingers crossed for WI tomorrow...

-2lbs today, 11st 0.5 lb. Rather happy with that. But of a syn full day but very much in control.

B-30g special k granola (hxb) with raspberries and fat free activia yogurt.

S - apple and bannana

L - sw quiche and salad with dressing (1 syn) Satsuma and aldi greek style yogurt. Safari biscuits (5.5 syns)

D - pasta with extra lean meatballs and sauce made from passata and veg with hxa reduced fat cheddar

Picnic bar (11.5 syns) and options (2 syns).
 
A day spent walking up hills and having a picnic in the sun followed by a nap in the garden has left me sunburnt!! Should tan though but must be more careful in future.

D-steak and chicken combo with salad and jacket ??syns for oil/butter as went out for early fathers day meal with family
 
We went to Carding mill Valley in church Stretton. Beautiful scenery.

Quick food log as am absolutely shattered after work and back in the morning.

B- bannana, fig, mocha made with 200 ml oatley chocolate milk (hxa) 1 benefit bar (1/2 hxb)

S - apple, yogurt, benefit bar (1/2 hxb)

L - curry loaf and salad (1 syn for dressing) half a kit kat (2.5 syns) grapes and strawberries

S - jelly sweets (4 syns) mugshot (1 syn)

D - sweet potato wedges and fajita chicken with peppers, onions and mushrooms in lettuce wraps

Another long day at work, looking forward to a day off tomorrow although am in again Monday and Tuesday.
