6 100% days and I am 171.6 this morning!!!

I have eaten much better today. I haven't counted points but have eaten less and healthy. Roll on Friday's WI.

My aim for this week as exercise is not going to happen due to school production 4 nights!..... will be to up my water and try and have soem more protein.

yoghurt 1.5
fruit toast 4
ww tropical bar1.5
3 crisp breads 1.5
tuna and salad with avocado 3.5
2 coffees 1.5
2 biscuits (oops) 3.5
mash, cauli cheese and green steamed vege for dinner 4.5
3 green teas

total of 21.5 Over by 1.5 but I can live with that. Tomorrow will try for 20.

Hoping for some good news on the scales on Sat morning. In all honesty I dont feel any slimmer? But still doing ok with my points. A very active day today probably earnt about 3 pts. Anyways;

fruit toast 4
coffee 1
tuna salad 2.5
crisp bread 1
yoghurt 1.5
protein bar 3.5
spinach and ricotta lasagne and salad 7
toffees 1.5


total of 22pts. That's using the 2 I have earned with all the running about today. Water was crap but will aim for 2 ltrs tomorrow.

Well the last 2 days over points ... Not looking forward to WI as still no exercise!

Well the past 4 days have been terrible. No point tracking! I haven't weighed, back to it tomorrow and some exercise this week. Please make me make the time.

School production over and I should be able to do something physical ?!! Will pack my running gear for after school tomorrow.

Well I did a 35 min walk tonight with hubby! Yay first bit of exercise in 2 weeks.

Food was okay but just over on 23pts. Will get that down tomorrow. BTW that's not including my AP points earned.

Much better today, nearly finished 2 ltrs of water. And I've done 19pts!

I have set a 2 day challenge for myself to complete 2 days like this. Hopefully tomorrow I can set another 2 day challenge.

Well a crap day! I buckledand had a glass of wine tonight which put me over 2pts. But I've done the 2 ltrs over water though.

Not in the frame of mind for cohens. Maybe in about 5 weeks when I return from Perth, a wedding and the beginning of the last term of school, when work is less busy.

When is your surgery if u don't mind me asking?
