Sunshine's Trip To Pre Baby Weight (start Thurs 13th oct, p 91)

hiya!! keeo going. You can do it sunshine!

i go on and all AI hol in 2 weeks and this is my last week of ss. I was thinking i should do 810 before i go on hols so i dont put weigh on all of a sudden - is this a good idea? I know you are doing something similar before your wedding?

Well I was advised,to stop me feeling sick when i start eating normally again, to move to a higher plan..... so four days before my wedding to be on 1000. I can do ssplus and 810 till then. Sounds like a good idea and we certainly don't want to be loading the weight back on.

Lucky you. where are you off to on holiday? I love being away!

So first week done and 6.5lbs down.... happy with that. TOTM has effected me a little but i'm not going to grumble ....i'm chuffed to be on track.

It would be great if I had a really good loss week 2 also and should be do-able with totm coming to an end.

I have the odd bit of diet coke and i know i should be having coke zero but i never seem to be able to get it....

it feels fantastic to have had a good week. Been doing arm weights too. Be nice to have slightly toned arms for my wedding. Thats the one thing at my sisters wedding...i was slim and 9st3lbs but my arms needed toning. I'll get it right this time. I really have left myself with such little time to shed this weight........

I want to tone my arms for my wedding too! Well done on that loss, that's fantastic going. Fingers crossed for next week too xx

yep I still completly on track. My fiancé keeps telling me how proud of me he is. He says he can see how focused I am. I think it's cause I know it's for another 5 weeks and I have so much to look forward to.

The scales aren't moving much but I know I'm losing inches. I've got my shopping bug back lol.

I'm away this weekend and very much around food but I'm taking my cd packs with me. I'll have dinner but I'll keep it protein based and skip desert and cake oh and drink! Same with breakfast on Sunday at the hotel , protein based and then I won't have proper dinner and just swop my meal times around. I have to do this. The worst thing would be to feel crappy on the morning of my wedding. I want to feel fabulous and I just have to keep telling myself this.

Arm weights- still doing some but not religously. Just here and there. Everyone seems to be getting married or having babies at the moment lol
 
Also Rob has been eating all sorts in front of me like pizza, cheesey garlic bread, malteesers! None of it has passed my lips but boy it smells great.

Alexmummy I'm pretty much doing ss plus but sometimes I'll have extra salad or an extra meal. Never go over 800 kcal. Also I have a drop of skimmed milk in tea if I need to. I've only had about 3 cups since I started.
 
Morning Diary,

So this is strange, last week the scales went down a bit everyday but this week they haven't moved at all. I'm still at 10st 4.5lbs?!? I remember the weight loss stuck before but not this early. I'm off to Dublin first thing tomorrowc(5am) and I want to stay on track. I won't have scales so next time I look Will be Tuesday, end of the cd week for me and evening weigh in. I know the lbs will go eventually just it's so motivating when I see them going down and my focus/ determination is paying off. Ah well I'll have to have faith I'll have a big drop soon.

Well im back from my weekend away. I strayed a little with irish potato's over the weekend but what a difference compared to before. This time i stayed on cd track mostly and 2 of the meals i had some carbs but I wanted to. It was a special time for other half and it was all great fun. Bit of a shame but i lost 1lb on my scales and over 3lbs on my cdc's.
I'm still doing well and enjoying ssplus......I really want to see a big loss this week tho. I have no foodie plans so there's no reason to stray. I'm not craving anything so as long as i'm enjoying it i'll make the most of it.

I find it a bit hard at work especially later in the day. Get a bit restless and weak but just look forward to my protein/salad meal.

Waffling .....tired........ need an early night.

Back soon (phew tho I'm feeling great........just need this last stone to go go GO) :) x
 
Sure the pounds will shift. To lose even on a mini holiday is most impressive by my standards! I really struggled to keep on track with the stricter 'eating' plans. I'd end up craving fruit, but then because it was banned i'd cave in and binge instead, and i really would get genuine hunger sometimes. That just horrible...and previously unknown!;) Countdown begins - the next 4 weeks will fly by! xx

Sounds like you had a lovely weekend :) The lbs are coming off, so enjoy that bit - I know always disappointing not to lose more, but imagine what we would have been like this time last year, in the hoping to lose weight stakes, whilst panicking for our weddings too!

I have sooo much left to do, but keep leaving it. xx

Well I'm still on track and still the scales haven't moved. It really is disheartening! I've tried not thinking about it but I've been same weight now since after first week. I would have thought I'd have lost loads by half way through my 3rd week. My dress fitting is in just over a week and this is upsetting.

I'm going to get more water into me. I luckily have a light day today and a light weekend so I'll drink and drink and get those scales down. My body is hanging on to those lbs for some reason!?! :(

I've enjoyed doing cd, just wish I was seeing results. I feel slimmer and fiancé keeps comenting on me looking slimmer! That's fab but I know in my heart I want to be a stone lighter at least. And that's 9st 4lbs and not my orriginal goal in the 8's.

Fingers crossed I'll get a big loss all at once this week or I ll cry lol x
 
I've already had a litre of water and If I can get in the habit if drinking nearly 2 in the morning then any more after that is a bonus. At least I'm on track tho. :) i wanted to do ss but my CDC says I wouldn't lose more weight. Other option for next week us to do 4 cd meals a day and take food out alltogether x

ps I felt very sick last night. Wonder why.

I haven't drunk do much water at the same time in ages ni know u should spread it out but hopefully it will kick start my body and get things moving.

Wow haha I must be constipated and the water had helped straight away. That was fast. This magic potion is going to take me to goal. Watch this space lol
 
Hey hun,

Glad for the water result! const is such a common prob on cd, do you take he fibre supp? it really stops it from happening, i still use it every day and it works a treat, lots of water too though.
